MY FAVOURITE SPRING BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
I love a smoothie for breakfast, with my crazy schedule, it means I can make it and have it on the go and ensure I am getting in enough nutrients to start my day and get me through until lunchtime. If you have more time on the weekend, this also makes an awesome smoothie bowl topped with some granola (just add less milk).
Here are the ingredients if you want to give it a try:
Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 frozen lady finger banana
3 frozen strawberries
Handful of frozen blueberries
Handful of baby spinach
Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
Drizzle of honey
Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder — I love the Bare Blends Vegan Protein
